It can be incredibly challenging trying to navigate what’s going on with our minds or what resources we may need. Many of us seek understanding with our struggles and feel unsure which direction to turn. This wondering can be frustrating, and I take special care, consideration, and collaboration when helping clients find answers that can help them live their lives more aligned with their values.

I’m a dedicated clinical psychologist and am passionate about providing psychological services for neurodevelopmental and psychological concerns among children, teens, and adults. I earned my Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Seattle and am a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington state.
