Dr. Gracie Rohman Sauter

It can be incredibly challenging trying to navigate what’s going on with our minds or what resources we may need. Many of us seek understanding with our struggles and feel unsure which direction to turn. This wondering can be frustrating, and Dr. Rohman (Sauter) takes special care, consideration, and collaboration when helping clients find answers that can help them live their lives more aligned with their values.

Dr. Rohman is a dedicated clinical psychologist who is passionate about providing psychological services for neurodevelopmental and psychological concerns among children, teens, and adults. She earned her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Seattle and is a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington state.

Dr. Rohman completed training in both therapeutic techniques and comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Dr. Rohman has worked in various settings, such as community mental health centers, Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe), university counseling centers, research labs, psychiatric centers, and hospitals. She has extensive training and clinical experience working with individuals and families presenting from various backgrounds and utilizes numerous evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, DBT, Exposure/Response Prevention, and EMDR.

Dr. Rohman is also passionate about helping individuals and their families along their journeys towards growth. Within her work, Dr. Rohman utilizes and informs practices that are evidenced-based to ensure her clients receive the most valid, reliable, and appropriate treatment and recommendations. She has special interests including ADHD, autism, learning difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, athletes and athletic performance, and well-being among healthcare providers.

In her free time, Dr. Rohman loves to workout, be outdoors, connect with loved ones, and spend time with her dogs.
